OUR
MINISTRIES
Tanzania Missions Project
You can be part of a team to help operate a children’s outreach camp, to run a four day public evangelism event, and to deliver medical services to the sick. You can help in completing several church buildings in Tanzania that have been just sitting - halfway done - for many years, due to economic difficulties. It takes $5,000 (Approx. $21.00 per bag of cement) to build a 90 x 30 square foot sanctuary with a Pastor’s study and basic Christian education classrooms, for the inhabitants who are so hungry for the word of God. The whole area and surrounding islands are now on fire for God as compared to many years ago when satanic rituals were practiced.
You can also be part of a community outreach, attending to the many needs – food, clothing, employment and medical - of the inhabitants of several communities in Tanzania.
Please prayerfully consider helping Family Worship Center and our partner Agape Love Center Ministries in this effort by contributing as the Lord leads you. We believe that Our Heavenly Father will speak to many in support of this vision of making a difference in the lives of the less fortunate and unsaved in the communities of Tanzania.
You can participate now by clicking the donate button on the left and designating “MISSIONS” on the giving page at “Funds”.
Thank you in advance for your interest in providing us the opportunity to reach the Tanzanian community for Christ.
Please continue to pray for Family Worship Center and Agape Love Center Ministries, as we realize the vision set forth for our brothers and sisters in Tanzania, Africa
Food Distribution Ministry
Family Worship Center and Agape Love Ministries initiated the Dee Manyama Food Distribution Program for needy families in our community. We distribute food every first Saturday of the month. This has not only given us the opportunity to bless 50-65 families with food each month but to minister to their spiritual needs through prayer, sharing the gospel, and family counseling.

Prayer,
Worship
and Music Ministry
Vibrant praise and heartfelt worship led by Music Minister Paul Cowan sets the atmosphere for the presence of the Lord. Our worship services, including Sunday services,
are characterized with adoration, praise, prayer, the reading and preaching of God's word, confession of our basic historic biblical beliefs, and celebrating Holy Communion. Join us on Sunday at 10:00 am and Wednesday night at 5:30 pm for praise, worship and prayer.
Hispanic Ministry
Led by Pastor Jose Fransisco of Jehovah Shama Ministerios Elim, the Hispanic Ministry meets every Saturday evening at 7:00 pm. This ministry encourages great worship, prayer, praise and outreach in the Hispanic community; reaching the unsaved, enriching lives and seeking a closer, deeper relationship with Our Father (Padre Nuestro).
High School Ministry
Banks Academy, is a private Christian High School located in the East Lake community of Birmingham, Alabama. The school opened in August of 2015 and is located in the Family Worship Center. Students that meet the qualifications to attend Banks Academy are awarded scholarships to help cover the cost of tuition. Parents in this community now have an alternative when deciding where to send their high school-age children. Banks Academy is providing “school choice” for the parents and students in the eastern section of Birmingham.
·Banks Academy is reaching students in the community and providing hope for a bright future.
